Phenomenal Service 11/17/2016

Our church hallways and restrooms were long overdue for some significant maintenance. The Accurate Building Maintenance crew came in and very diligently stripped years of old wax down to the bare floor, then expertly applied numerous coats of new wax. The result: our floors are now the best they've ever looked! And they've held up remarkably well to our high volume of traffic. The price, for the labor expended, was very reasonable. We can't say enough good things about the superior service ABM provided us. We highly recommend Accurate Building Maintenance! more

Clean and Fresh! 9/15/2016

I want to pass on the feedback from my team (and me) regarding the new cleaning crew !!! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ULTRA DETAILED WORK THEY DO! They have been doing a WONDERFUL job in making sure our building is CLEAN and FRESH! We see them first hand getting down on their knees to clean !!! One example is where they literally take a scrubbing brush to scrub in between the tiles in the bathroom!! Their vacuum cleaner’s are not like the old “lawn mowers” we were put thru previously. The new crew are true professionals, not only in the quality of work they do, but also in their appearance and attitude! They actually place the trash can’s under our desks and not in the walk ways !... the list goes on!!! THIS IS SUCH A HUGE POSITIVE CHANGE from the previous cleaning crews we have had. My team and I wanted to let whoever brought them onboard, that it is a delight to have our building getting “back into shape” by these dedicated crew! We can tell, they mean business ! more

Employee of the Month Nominee 9/15/2015

I would love to see the guy, Francisco who works in the lunch room get a plaque for all that he does in that room and outside. He's an absolute perfectionist! He scrapes up things that are stuck on the floor and then he's down on his hands and knees polishing the area. When he sets up the tables, he lines everything up according to the squares on the floor. He really cares what the area looks likes and takes pride in his work. Therefore I nominate him for something!! more

Service At The Bradley Building 6/18/2013

District Manger Accurate Management Sometimes it is human nature to quickly complain about that employees are not measuring up. Oftentimes we forget to acknowledge when an employee is doing a good job. I would like take this opportunity to tell you that the cleaning person here at the Bradley Building is an exceptional employee. Within minutes after her arrival in the morning she is hard at work. She is very polite and courteous. The bathrooms, carpets, window, etc. are perfect in every day. She keeps our offices neat and clean. It is obvious that she takes her job very seriously and is a very good representative of your company. Maris always does an excellent job for us on cleaning days. She is always prompt, courteous and a very hard worker. She always goes the extra mile when asked to do a simple task and does her work diligently. Everyone visiting our office always comments on how clean and beautiful the space is.
