I called to have them come and check out my ice make in my 6 month old Samsung refrigerator. The guy came and put a ""new"" unit in and it didn't work either so called them again....

This business was terrible. I was told a part would be in for my dishwasher in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and they won't even call me back. I'll never do business with them again. Don't waste your time. more


THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING 5/30/2011

I have lived in the Springfield area most of my life and have had several appliances break down throughout the years. Called many companies and this one so far has really stood out. Very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. My repairman asked me to do this review, so here it is. Thanks alot and will call you guys again if needed. more

I am impressed and will do business with again! 5/1/2010

I am having a huge graduation party this weekend and I woke up this morning to find my fridge is dead and all my food for this party was in it..... I called several companies and NO ONE after 8 phone calls from the telephone book could get out to me. I called Accurate spoke with Brad and at first he said they were booked solid and I explained my situation as I did with the other companies and he squeezed me in first call of the day and the technician arrived was friendly and fast! Not a good place to do business with 6/26/2009

I called to have them come and check out my ice make in my 6 month old Samsung refrigerator. The guy came and put a ""new"" unit in and it didn't work either so called them again. Came out and looked at it and said he would have to order a new complete unit and that was on a Friday. Told me it would be about a week. Then two and a half weeks later I called and was told ""any day now it should come in"". I just called today and it has been a month. The guy who answered the phone today has no record of any order placed under my name and is ""doing some checking"". This means that SOMEONE screwed up and most likely I won't have an ice maker for at least another week and we have already had 100 PLUS degree weather . Hope anyone who goes through this company knows what they are getting in to. Deb Cons: Don't do what they say, takes forever to get anything done more
