Accent Transportation Services has just excellent customer service. They're always here before their pick-up time, and have never not shown up. They get all our clients to the airport without problems, complaints, nothing. It has been a couple years that we have been using Accent Transportation Services. You will never be disappointed with Accent. They're always available, punctual, and very professional! We're pleased with their professionalism in picking up clients and/or employees to get them to their final destination! more

Keeping it short, sweet and simple, Accent Transportation Services are terrific. They are always accommodating and willing to make last minute arrangements for me, which happens all the time! Misgana has always made great recommendations on the easiest and most cost effective routes and has even made accommodations for me in other cities. I highly recommend this service to anybody! Very easy to work with. more

Accent Limo Superb 9/13/2011

discovered Accent a few years ago when all rental cars were sold out in town and have used them ever since. Now a resident and continue to use. Superior customer service to any transport company I've dealt with. The team makes you feel special and is 100 responsive. A little lead time and they have never let me down. In town travel, out of town travel, limos, airport transfers, they have it all with the best drivers in town. I can go on and have recommended them to all my co workers and friends. more

Flexible, friendly, reliable and patient 9/10/2011

They were very flexible with my scheduling requests - I needed flexibilty to pick up a few folks to go to a concert then take us home. They worked with us so we could get the best price. The drivers were very friendly and knew where they were going! We got a Yukon for 5 folks and it was very comfortable more

I would recommend Accent to anyone who needed any type of limo service. They showed up a little early and the driver was very courteous. Accent made our celebration a wonderful and exciting experience!! We rented the stretch Cadilac limo and it was huge on the inside, we had the music cranked up and the lights inside were amazing!!!! A Traveler's Delight 6/1/2010

I've done a lot of global travel & have experienced the full variety of service providers. Some are simply not engaged at a personal level and their quality breaks down with various errors Others try to be overly friendly and think that will make up for less than stellar quality. Fortunately, Accent Limo hits the nail on the head with trained and engaged staff that not only meets, but anticipates my needs PLUS the company appears to be obsessed with perfection as its standard of quality. I plan to use them frequently in the coming months and would encourage all my friends and colleagues to do the same. Pros: Meticulous and professional Cons: None! more
