Most of the clients who turned up in my parlor looked for some nail treatment that would make their fingers look more elegant and beautiful. The extensive aesthetic program at Academy of Hair helped me to learn the various techniques of Nail Service and I can easily satisfy my clients now. more

The Academy of Hair Technology 7/5/2011

I LOVED the academy of hair technology. Aliza is really miss leading because she obviously was told the wrong information about her exiting process. You have to admit, it's one of the cheapest schools to attend with the BEST curriculum available in the upstate of South Carolina. This school goes above and beyond what's required for the state exam, you can't find that at the other schools. The other schools basically just give you what you need to know in order to pass the state exam. The Academy of Hair Technology goes above and beyond of what's expected. This is the school to attend if you really want a great education and really want to excel in your career as a cosmetologist, estheticion, or nail technician. And see for yourself, this school has the best retention rates in the upstate. This school is really the best when it comes down to it. I'm glad I chose the Academy of Hair Technology. I wouldn't have changed it for the world. more

Academy of Hair Technology 7/5/2011

The Academy of Hair Technology was a great choice! I learned so much more than what I thought I would learn. The classes are above and beyond of what's expected from the state test. The hands-on experience was really great, because no matter what the service was, there was always a certified instructor there to take me through it. If you really want a great career in cosmetology, this is defiantly a great choice. You will learn so much more than what you realize and you will become a great stylist that is booked months ahead when you step out into a salon! more

this is the best school in sc 6/28/2011

i am an alumi of AHT.. i feel very experienced and prepared for the salon as a stylist.. not an assistant. this school is very structured and very hands on with guidence. i promote this school to any one wanting professional training and LOTS of experence in all kinds of hair types.. ages and styles.. from perms to relaxers to updos to cuts.. they have tons of clientel for students to work on for experence .. i love jim richard and bob along with all the teachers and quality training. while i attended school we participated in local and nationwide competitions and my classmates placed top in all catagories.. more
