AC Moore is always a good place to shop and get ideas for your projects. The stores are usually clean and the craft staff informed. \r
\r
It is tough to get items @ AC once they are sold out. Once it is gone usually it is gone for good. I have worked in assortment planning for the fashion world and depending on where the store is located they might not carry what you want because it is not expected to ""sell"" there. \r
\r
They do not really ""call around"" to other stores to find what you are looking for. There are small craft shops in the area that are doing a better job at that part. If you are in the stationary industry it is even BETTER at the Mom & Pop because you can tell them exactly who makes things. They usually are willing to order it if you are willing to pay minimums.\r
\r
I have a stationary and invitation/greeting card business and always look for embellishments, papers, boxes and so on. Coupons help keep cost low but you had better make your mind up the first time. Like I said -- once it is gone, it's gone!\r
