My car had front end damage from a "fender bender" which caused no damage to the other car, but crumpled my hood and bumper. My insurance company estimated the cost to fix at $3000, less my deductible and I was issued a check for the balance. I was told that I could take my car anywhere that I wanted to get it fixed. This was my very first accident, with damage, and I was not looking forward to searching for an auto body shop to fix my car. I work near Michael's Auto Body Shop and decided to stop there first for a quote. When I got out of my car Michael was inspecting a bumper that his paint shop had repaired and painted. I could not see anything wrong with the paint job, but he was not satisfied with a "spot" and sent the car back to be repainted. I decided right then and there that this was the shop that I wanted to fix my car. When I picked my car up I was thrilled! Not only did they fix the front end damage, Michael also pulled out a nasty dent in my driver's side door. Everyone at Michael’s Auto Body was courteous and professional and I will be referring their shop to all of my friends and co-workers if ever they are in need of auto repair! more

My car was backed into ruining the entire rear passenger door and scraping the tire, bumper, and front door. My insurance quoted the fix-up as $2067. I got a few quotes from around town. Michael's was recommended to me by a lady at another car shop in town. She said they were very reputable. Michael's Auto Body in Aurora has been there for 35 years and Mike was very honest about the work that could be done. I told him I wanted the door fixed and the rest helped, but I wanted a minimal payment. He knew what I was looking for and was great about telling me multiple options that I had in order to fix my car. He was honest about the work, the detail that would be done, and exactly how my car would look when he was finished with it. Plus, he said that as long as they did not find any additional damage (not quoted by insurance), that he would do touch-ups/buffering as needed regardless of how long it took without nickel-and-diming me to pay him extra $$. My car looks like beautiful. Mike had a lot of integrity and knew what he was talking about. Thank you for a job well done! more
