About Face Artistry was one of the best people I used for my wedding! Randee Strand was there for me from the very beginning. She is so talented, but yet so modest! You wouldn't believe who some of her celebrity clients are! She did my makeup for my engagement portraits and bridal portraits and then I like the makeup so much I hired her to do makeup for my boudoir photos and rehearsal dinner too! The wedding makeup was perfect on my whole bridal party on the wedding day too. I knew I could count on her and she really was amazing and fun every time she came to do my makeup! Randee of About Face Artistry is so talented! She listened to what I wanted and didn't force me to do anything crazy! Randee can do dramatic makeup, but I wanted something soft so she made it look like what she said was a ""better version of me"". I loved it, it looked so natural, but she made my eyes ""pop"" and the makeup lasted all night even though I cried! She is fun and sweet and my whole bridal party loved her even though we all had a different style and skin color! We all got lashes too and they looked perfect! I looked around and 'interviewed' several makeup artists for my wedding, but once I met Randee I knew she was the one. She's just so easy to talk to. She made my wedding day a breeze. My engagement, bridal, and wedding day makeup turned out fabulous!! And I like that it was all different. She put more on for bridal portraits because it was all on camera. And my wedding day was less because I wanted a more natural look. It all turned out perfect! more

Randee of About Face Artistry put the crowning touch on our dream wedding! Her make up is one step up from a ""natural look"" and lasted the whole day. Our whole wedding party participated, and we all felt like royalty, because Randee is a true professional who makes each client feel as if she is the center of her attention, and because we all were pleased with our make up and pictures. more

When I found Randee, I thought there would be no possible way that I could be so lucky as to have her do my make-up, as I was taking a bit less time to plan a wedding than most brides. But, I did get very lucky, not only in having the opportunity to schedule with her for my consultation, but lucky in the fact that my expectations were not only met, but far exceeded. When I went in for my trial, I realized I had found the very best. Randee's personality is wonderful, making her a gem to work with. But, beyond that, her level of professionalism and experience was extraordinary. OMG! Randee is the BEST! She is such a fabulous lady and does amazing work. Not kidding. She did a super-thorough trial run with me, and did the make-up for my bridal portraits and the wedding...and I looked and felt beautiful every time! For the wedding, she also did make-up for my mother and my bridesmaids, and they all fell in love with her, too!!!!\r \r Randee totally listens to her clients and will give awesome suggestions to ensure that everyone that she touches her make-up brush to, turns out GORGEOUS! We [me, my mother, my bridesmaids] all got a ton of compliments on our make-up - not just on how it looked, but on how well it stayed on and lasted. Seriously. Our make-up stayed on through EVERYTHING - tears, laughter, dancing, etc...\r \r Oh, and to all your Asian girls - I'm Asian, so obviously my mother is Asian, and my MOH is Asian, too...and Randee was just so skilled! Many make-up artists tend to overdo the eyebrows and aren't sure how to do the eyes, but Randee was absolutely fabulous! I love Randee! I told her I wanted to look like a rockstar, and she made me look like a rockstar. Everytime she did my makeup I thought it was perfect, and then the day of my wedding, it looked even better than perfect. She also did all of my BMs makeup, and I had never seen them look so good. She came to the church at 1pm and spent 4 hours with us. Everyone loved her. Of all my vendors, she was the best! To anyone reading this, if you want to look amazing on your wedding day BOOK RANDEE, it will be the best decision you ever make!!! more

Randee was so amazing!! She did mine, my mama, and my sisters makeup and it turned out perfect!! I also had my bridal portraits done with her and I couldn't be happier with the time and attention to detail she put into our appointments. Randee is absolutely amazing! Her work is phenomenal and she made everyone in my wedding party (me, my bridesmaids and my mother) look gorgeous! The coloring of each member of my party was very different (my bridesmaids ranged from an Irish friend with fair hair and pink skin tones to an Indian friend with dark hair and and brown skin tones). She adapted the make-up choices to each and they all looked fantastic. With regards to my personal make-up, I can honestly say I have never felt more beautiful in my life! I looked like the best version of myself. She didn't go overboard and I looked very natural, but she highlighted my best features. My make-up looked great in the sunlight at the ceremony and that night at the reception. Also, when I got my pictures back, everyone who Randee touched looked beautiful! I cannot say enough about her work! My favorite thing about Randee, though, is her personality. For most brides, her wedding day is the most important in her life and can be filled with excitement, nerves and a million other emotions. Randee, with her kindness and great sense of humor, is exactly the type of person you want around! She made everyone laugh and we had a great time with her. Everyone in my wedding party who is not already married said Randee is the person they will use for their own wedding days! I highly recommend her!
