I just flew in and visited a home of mine they manage and it is a mess. Repairs I authorized and paid them for were not done over the last 5 yrs. My home is literally falling apar...

In the time I have lived here I have not needed much from them, I just payed me rent and that was it. Recently there were some repairs that could not wait and I contacted them about it. They put someone right to work and began fixing my problem. more

They have helped us through several maintenance headaches. It is nice to know they are there if I need them for something. Management companies are there to take care of things and thats just what Aborn does. more

Aborn is very responsible and responsive to all matters that require attention, that is why I I have been with Aborn Properties for almost 10 years. I especially appreciate the personal relationship. It has been more than a property management company to me. I often receive honest, soundly advice and feel that the management does care at a personal level. I especially appreciate the efficiency, effectiveness and dependability. I would recommend Aborn Properties for anyone who wants to rent or find someone to take care of their precious investment. I have been with other companies before but Aborn by far is the one that I will entrust. more

The home we were looking for was something a little smaller and more economical. Aborn was able to help us find just what we needed and wanted. They were really a great help and we appreciate that. so far they have been great and we are still very excited about our new home. more
