DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS BEFORE MINE!! I WISH I HAD!! They sucker you in by price and 3 movers, call on day of move and reduce down to 2 movers and proceed to DRAG out the move to jack up the cost! I called 4 times to cancel a clean service I signed up for and no one seemed to get the message. Unorganized, inexperienced, HIGH turnover, too many excuses. They are not a member of BBB! They broke and damage many items that they took off a nice bit of money to compensate, but to replace those items—it wasn’t enough and still promised to pay for a damaged, NEW headboard . Now, my calls and emails are BLATANTLY ignored and no check to take care of the cost to repair of it! Their lead man had 3 months experience and gave his notice on the day of my move! The manager, STACEY, does not return calls or emails and has lied and given excuses as to why a check to repair the headboard wasn’t mailed 2 weeks ago and NOW she is ignoring my emails and calls. I ask for an insurance claim form, no response after 6 emails. I doubt they are insured or bonded.\r
