This is potentially an inexpensive moving solution if you have a small move - better than driving yourself a la Uhaul, about the same price or even less, and not nearly the expense of full-service movers. BUT - DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY PROMISES. After a flawless pickup of our stuff, we were called with a promised delivery date and a window of between 7 am - 3 pm. Said they couldn't be more specific but would call a half hour ahead of time. I spoke with them several times prior to the delivery date - gave them a credit card, rechecked schedule, etc. EVEN CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE to see if they had a more specific time - they said no, but again, between 7 & 3, expect a call a half hour before. AT NOON on the delivery day, I called to once again check for any update on the time. Imagine my shock when they said the trailer was nowhere near our area and still had another stop to make HUNDREDS OF MILES away! This was 3 hours before their promised deadline for delivery, meaning at least two more days. YES THEY COULD HAVE CALLED - but I guess, why bother, let us figure it out when no one showed up. It seems like all moving companies are sleezy like this - once they have your stuff, they hold it hostage and will do as they please. This company offers great price, if you don't mind being BS'ed and ignored when it comes to your delivery.
Pros: Courteous on the phone, arrived on time for pick up
