I chose Jaime and his team at ABC Valet for the second time to take care of my family's special event in Bel Air (90077) last week. They did an excellent job taking care of the valet and parking both times by scouting the area ahead of time to find the optimum location to have guests leave their vehicles at, navigated the steep and narrow driveway (that ends in a blind corner), and shuttled guests back and fourth from the drop off point to the event. Jaime, the owner, was there both times and provided prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I appreciate that he kept his word and took care of our guests and their vehicles without any hassle as promised. more

I have never written an on line review, perhaps because I was not compelled by strong enough circumstances. But in a recent situation with Jaime and ABC Valet, I wanted to share my story with other event professionals about how Jaime saved the day on a rainy night in LA. As Angelenos we all know that we are not great at dealing with rainy days. I had an event scheduled for Wednesday, October 12th in Bel Air. It was to be a small, intimate dinner for 40 - but it was all suppose to be set up outside in a gorgeous yard with beautiful city views. However, Mother Nature had other plans and rain was predicted, (and boy did it rain!) My client called me up about 24 hours before the event and decided to cancel, due to the impending forecast. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Not only did I have to cancel the food that was not yet delivered, but also the rentals and the valet parking. When I called Jaime with the news, he was so gracious and offered to refund my payment, before I even had a chance to ask him. He was so gracious and generous and made an awkward situation, easy and hassle free. I will ONLY use ABC VALET for all of my events from now on! I am still trying to negotiate with the rental company, who wants to charge us a large cancellation fee. As a busy event planner, I really don't have time to deal with situations like this. If only all companies and people could be as professional, reliable and courteous as Jaime and his staff at ABC Valet, my crazy job might be a little bit easier. The ABC valet crew was tremendously helpful, especially because we hired them relatively last minute for a political fundraiser at a private residence. The prices were competitive and they showed up on time. We'll definitely use them again. more

I hired ABC valet for an event for 60 people in Boca Raton. The 2 guys were there 30 minutes before it starts. They really well presented, well dressed, very polite. I can not tell you what a relief it is to know that there is a great local company that actually provides amazing valet service! I have used two other companies before for events that I've had and they were absolutely terrible!! I finally decided I would try ABC VALET.. and I definitely don't regret it! I work for a high profile client in Malibu who was having two events Friday and Saturday night and the valet attendants were extremely professional, very friendly and greeted everyone respectfully and in English!! They valet parked all the cars in a very courteous and gracious manner. During the evenings I actually had two people come up to me and ask me what company I used because of how great the service was. From now on I definitely know who to call for any other events that come up and my client was extremely impressed that we didn't have any problems or last minute issues like those other companies we had used before .. I am definitely glad that I went with this company. more

Jaime (manager) and his crew go out of their way to provide professional, courteous, and reliable valet service. I routinely throw parties from 25 to 100+ people and they handle it with ease and friendly staff. I live in the hills where parking is difficult, yet they always seem to manage and adapt to any parking situation easily. Jaime will make sure you and your guests have a flawless event. I have used this service for many years, as they were referred to me by a friend. I have always dealt with Jaimie who is excellent at customer service as well as being attentive and professional. My husband and I hired ABC Valet for our wedding back on December 2011. Our wedding was at a residence where there was street parking only. There were four friendly gentlemen on staff to tend to our 165 guests that day. Not only were they polite and professional, they were quick! One of my guests fell ill during the reception dinner and they had her party's car retrieved and at the gate entrance within a few short minutes. They treated everyone with such a rare degree of respect seldom seen in today's service industry. The owner of the company even stopped by later that evening to be sure his staff were doing a stellar job for us. All this great service for an unbelievably low price! Although they are based in Ventura County, they are very happy to accommodate events in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. ABC Valet came very highly recommended to us by two friends who are both in the event planning business. They only use this company. Now we highly recommend them to you. more

I used this valet service for the first time this last weekend and they were great!! I would highly recommend them......the manager, Jamie, was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and his 3 valets could not have been nicer........they arrived on time (even early), very neat and dressed in black and white.........they were extremely nice to my guests, and very polite. I called ABC Valet opening night of my restaurant. I really didn't know if any valet company was going to be able to help me out in such short notice, but this company saved me! They hooked me up with the right # of valets, dressed professionally, and arrived early with all the equipment needed. It was great to know that I could rely on a company at the last minute and for them to follow through with quality service. They gave me a great deal and really took care of my customers. I highly recommend ABC Valet whether you need them at the last minute or not, they did a great job.
