We had a sprinkler pipe break, and we only realized it late in the day after we had been watering for an hour. We called Abbott's Fire And Flood Restoration, and even though it was a weekend they sent a crew over within an hour.
They were at our house for six hours sucking the water out of our basement and putting fans down there. We had wood floors that were wet too, and it was ugly. There were about six or seven guys, so we got a lot of attention. It felt like it was an emergency on their part, not just on our part. Their sense of urgency was equal, if not more so, than ours, which was nice.
We ended up going out to dinner, and they were still working when we got back. They were just really caring! They were responsive, and they really instituted a sense of urgency.
They're knowledgeable, and they'll help with the insurance and all that. You're in good hands with Abbott's. You won't be taken to the cleaners or anything. They are very upfront, and working with them is reassuring!
