HORRIBLE experience. We were so excited when we secured the limo we'd always dreamed of for our wedding an impressive 10 months before our wedding date. We were devastated to get a call on the Thursday before the wedding at 7:00pm telling us that the limo broke down and they had no alternatives for us that would fit 12 people in one car and said the best they could do was split us up, which was unacceptable. Then they started stringing us along that maybe they could get the original one back in working order before the big day...we were idiots for believing them. They never called us to keep us up to date on the status of the vehicle, we had to call them and they just strung us along to the very end when finally on Friday night at 9:00 I just told them we needed a refund of our $100 deposit and we'd figure something out. \r

Of course this left us in a bad spot trying to find something the NIGHT BEFORE the wedding and we wound up with something that was ugly, had no air conditioning, made me motion sick so I had to eventually be separated from everyone but my groom and ride around in our photographer's car, but at least they were nice and accomodating.\r

The nightmare didn't end there, though, instead of refunding the $100 they CHARGED us the full amount. Fortunately, they said that would get it all refunded promptly, but then only refunded $5 of the amount, it took 2 weeks to finally get the full credit from them. \r

If you don't want to cry and be stressed days before your wedding or special event, don't go with them.
Pros: Had access to only Hummer limo in Blm.
Cons: Cancelled on us yet still charged us
