We have a full line of office products and copiers and our prices always include delivery and installation. But that’s not all. “Superstores” don’t have any service personnel on site. They contract with nationwide third party vendors who’ll need to fit you into a schedule that may include several states covered by one technician. We have four full-time on-site service technicians, trained by Canon who have worked for A.V.P for up to 18 years. Our staff is highly trained and knowledgeable, and our store is located on Route 22 in Patterson, New York. We are right on the way to work, home or wherever you’re heading. We are an authorized Canon Copier and Fax Dealer. Canon is the number one copier in the world! We are also a Xerox Engineering, (wide format) copier dealer. Our technicians are professionally trained by Canon and Xerox on all the latest equipment, including digital product. Just call us to service your Canon Copier or your Xerox Engineering Copier. We also service Document Imaging Systems, Typewriters, Line Printers, and Dot Matrix Machines. Unfortunately we do not repair HP, Epson, or Kodak ink jet printers. For Brother warranties you must contact them directly for the first work order. We offer service contracts that include everything except paper, (gold contract), or contracts that exclude toner (silver), or contracts that exclude all supplies, (copper). We are happy to perform repairs on a per call basis as well, or you can bring small copiers, printers and fax in to our store on Route 22 in Patterson.
