we went to coco's for my grand daughter's prom gown - i was amazed at how beautiful the store was and how many gowns they had - the attendants treated the girls like princesses and met all of their needs - we found our perfect gown - highly recommend more

Great experience 5/7/2014

I found a beautiful gown to wear at my sons wedding. The staff was helpful and attentive. The salesperson that helped me insisted that I try on this gown. On the hanger, I was not a fan. She knew the gown would be flattering and elegant. Thank you ! more

Ordered my dress & I'm happy!! 4/5/2013

I honestly don't know how anyone could say the sales girls would tell you to leave if you weren't buying! Because honestly I've gone there like 5 times & stayed for a couple hours each time to checkout the new stuff & no one ever told me to leave! Anyway I ended up ordering my dress cause the dress they had that I loved was too big! My sales girl really helped me ordering etc! My dress came in a little over a week! Thanks again Krystin more

The Worst 9/27/2012

HORRIBLE! I went looking for a prom dress and they asked me to leave because I wouldn't be buying that day. Now I'm never going back. The staff was terrible and ridiculed me in a dress that I truly liked. When they asked me to leave I was offended because I didn't even get to try on the dresses that I wanted. Worst dress experience ever. more

I read the reviews about the ugly plastic sign adhered to the old one at Coco's Chateau in beautiful Wayne, NJ. How can a business boast about having such a huge inventory, thousands of so called happy customers and being the most "upscale" gown boutique in the area? I have to laugh. more
