I had a horrible experience here. Although the staff was very nice and accommodating to both my needs and my dogs needs, I brought my golden retriever in for a bath and an all over trim to bring her hair the the same length. On a golden that should mean trimming the fringe and perhaps trimming the body hair to get it all one length. They were nice enough to let me wait for my dog and to provide express service, but when my dog was brought out to me - she was COMPLETELY SHAVED! First I don't know how ""trimmed to all one length making sure to trim her fringe"" turned into a full body shave, but it is OCTOBER, what on earth would make someone think that I would want my dog to be shaved?
