Found the only good tech you ever sent me 12/14/2021

I finally found the only good tech you ever had. Sadly he left you so I can't use you ever again as all your other workers are subpar from my experience. You should have never let Luke Hamel go away to start his own company. But either way I'm giving you 3 stars at least as you helped me find a reliable tech sadly I only found him again after your recent failures and digging through my receipts from 2013 and googling his name and san Diego. anyhow thanks in what limited regard I can say thank you for. I won't miss your company. more

Trouble Call 8/11/2014

I had experienced considerable condensation from my air handling unit that was recently installed by ASI. James V. promptly arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the most likely causes (lack of insulation on some pipes and a clogged drain line) and quickly effected the necessary repairs. Service A/C 7/24/2014

Damon came today because my a/c wasn't putting out cold air. He explained what he was doing and looking at and was very efficient and helpful. I am always very pleased with all of the ASI staff from the person on the phone making my appointment to the technicians that come. Today was no exception. I am so happy I had ASI install my heating and a/c systems. more

Heating and Air Problem Resolved 1/14/2014

ASI was an incredible, professional service. Booked an appointment for Saturday, tech called, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. Waived the service fee, quoted me a very reasonable price, had parts on the truck, fixed it in 30 minutes, heat checked all vents for proper functioning, replaced all intake filters free of charge. Highly recommended and I won't use anyone else for this work in the future except ASI. That good. more

Excellent service from Joe Gondak 10/13/2013

We wanted to tell you what a wonderful service technician Joe Gondak is. I have severe lung disease which requires me to keep our house at 64 degrees at all times. It is life or death. Joe from the beginning took my health problems very seriously and has been very respectful of my situation. He displays great caring and understanding. Chris S. did a great and thorough job of fixing the problem with our AC. He made sure to let me know some tips in solving the problem if it occurred again, but did provide an estimate if we couldn't fix it ourselves. I find this helpful and honest. more

He informed me if the options available for repair, stated the price which enabled me to make an immediate decision. He did the repair, showed and explained to me what he did before putting the unit back together. Probably the quickest and best repairman I have ever had out to my house. He was a blessing. AC Service Contract Appointment 8/20/2013

Jake was great! He is very experienced and knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was very thorough in his inspection of our system and gave us an easy to understand explanation of what he was doing and how the system works at its optimum. Jake was friendly and professional and is an excellent representative for ASI. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Jake today. We are long-time customers of ASI and recommend them highly. more

Review of Luke Hamel 6/25/2013

Great customer service, after explaining the issue with the fan and compressor, he began to troubleshoot the furnace, directed his attention to the thermostat realizing that adjacent wires were causing the issue and replaced the thermostat. What was impressive was he had no problems staying as long as it took to reproduce the problem. more

Luke Hamel 6/24/2013

Luke is an excellent service technician. He quickly found the current issue with the system, told me how much it would cost to fix it and took care of it quickly. We discussed the possiblilty of a small leak with the refrigerant. He recharged the system and advised me what to do in order to keep an eye on it for future service if a leak is present. Luke is a prime example ASI has the great reputation they do and why we chose them to replace our entire system in 2006. more

Ron was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he did in servicing our air conditioning system in clear understandable language. He was quite polite, on-time, performed his work extremely efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly when he was finished. For our next service I will ask for him specifically. Also, the price for the service was very reasonable. more

Heater Repair on Goodman heater 4/10/2013

I called ASI Heating & Air the morning of 4-10-13, & explained my problem. The receptionist arranged a time period between 11- 2pm., At approximately 11am the repairman Mike B. arrived, he was very courteous & promptly applied the felt booties before entering the home. His expertise with the model of my heater was outstanding, he diagnosed the problem shortly & after a timely run for the parts repaired the unit. Mike B., was professional at all times yet personable, I would recommend ASI & Mike B. for a positive repair service. more
