I have taken three vehicles to Allen in the last 16 months and every one has been a problem. 2011 F350 had to take back 3 times to get all done. 2011 avalanche got it back and sunroof not working, forgot to plug switches back in. The latest vehicle was my employee that I had recommended to Allen. It took much longer than promised, 3 hail dents still on hood and roof, tail gate pads not replaced properly, fasteners in tailgate left out, rearview camera left unplugged over spare tire, hood lamp left dangling and was in front wheel well when we found it by seeing light around front tire, dipstick left pulled out, oil all over engine, front clip that holds grill in place not fastened back, more
