Arlene, Scott and Cole were exceptional. The team was running behind schedule but Arlene called twice to update me with an ETA. Scott and Cole were friendly, knowledgeable, and very unobtrusive. They were both professional, courteous and clean. I would (and will) contact ARS again next time. more

emergency outdoor leak 6/12/2017

broken pipe on a sunday evening ARS was there within 90 minutes. Matt was friendly and solved the problem quickly. He came back the next day and completed the job. Our HOA will use this company again. more

Kitchen sink drain 6/11/2017

Matt did an outstanding job! He gave me estimates up front and was very professional. My drain runs clear now. I was not happy with the dispatcher though. She told me initially I would see a serviceman within the hour. I called her back an hour later and she said it would be at least another two. I cancelled and he showed up at the door - no warning! more

Heroes 5/28/2017

When our water pressure went out and our previous company bailed on us less than an hour before their appointment time, these guys got a great service Rep out to our home within a few hours. Turns out we have a larger water problem than expected - Matt problem solved, for creative and we at least have water in our bathrooms for now. With two very young children and a couple of pets, we are so grateful to not have to move to a hotel. Super fast service, friendly, and effective. We won't go with anyone else now!!! Thank you!!! more
