replace leaking hot water heater 1/31/2018

Ask For Chris Downs! 1/15/2018

I came into town to help my Gma with her plumbing issues. First -- it still blows my mind that you can get same day plumbing service. I called at 8am and the job was done by Noon, yep on the same day! Fantastic! Secondly, our Plumbing Service Technician, Chris Downs, was awesome. He took time to explain what was wrong, potential causes and what options for next steps. He never made me feel pressured to get work done that I wasn't ready to do, nor spend money on unnecessary services. We weren't able to tackle everything that needed to get done today but would love to have Chris service the rest of our plumbing concerns (if we're lucky). Highly recommended! more

Took more money from Credit Card then agreed upon 8/24/2017

Rescue Rooter came out and put in a new water heater, the installer was great! The problem comes from the accounting office. Rescue Rooter and I agreed on a price, including the use of a gift certificate of $400. Today I received the invoice from my credit card company charging me an extra $400 from what was agreed upon. Rescue Rooter says it is Home Depot's problem not theirs even though they are the ones I paid. I talked to Dan at Rescue Rooter today and he told me that the only person I could talk to about this wouldn't be in until Monday, I asked what if I had waited until Monday to pay them and he couldn't give me an answer. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Never again will I use this company. My next step now is to place a review on Yelp, Facebook and any other social media I can think of. more

Great Job 3/28/2017

Well first off great job performed by your technician Danny on the plumbing repair we had. He was very knowledgeable and helped explain our options in detail which vas very helpful knowing other company's I've hired in the past only give us a price but no work description. I was also impressed by not only does he know his plumbing but great concrete finish work he did for us thanks Danny your one hard working guy highly recommended to anyone in need of a plumbing repair or good concrete work. more
