They were super nice answering all my questions plus they new what they were doing, the time it was going to take and they left everything clean like nothing has happened. Was very, very please with the knowledge Raimundo has and his ability to explain and answer my questions. Will have him come back in the next few months to have the work he recommended to me. Last week and after having some problems with previous technician, ARS sent Raymundo Rodriguez to take care with my AC-Problems. From the moment he shows-up, Raymundo act with a high degree of professional stamina, run the extra mile and check everything. Not only he fixed the problem but also, recommend several actions to avoid future issues. Very respectful and highly qualified professional. Management of the Miami Team were also very supportive - Patrick, Jeany, and others. They all exceed my expectation in terms of service and attention. Similar, the other technician helping Raymundo, Mr. Ochoa, was amazing, attentive, collaborative - what great team! Thank you very much for all you did for me. The bad note goes to Ruben Roo, who leave us without AC, recommend no to turn-on the AC unit, and try to sell the freon as a separate service. Very bad! more

A.R.S. The High: A contradictory company. Their salesman was exceptionally good, knowledgeable, and courteous and maintaining a very delicate balance between giving you the better deal and that his company make a good business. The crew that installing a brand new Carrrier air conditioning unit was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and fully committed to do a professional job either technically or complying with the Florida State Regulations. The Low Number 1: We were promised to that they would get the Dade County Inspection to approve the installation performed. They have not maintained their word and so far this date, more than a month, there is no inspection. The Low Number 2: It has been impossible to find a replacement filter that fits exactly the unit that they installed. Home Depot, the contractor, does not carry that size and also no one in Miami. The only option that was offered to us was to order a full pallet of filters. The Lowest of the Lowest: Monday September 19 1916. I depleted almost all my cell phone battery being put on hold a substantial part of my morning time: “One of our representatives will be with you very shortly”. I was trying to talk to a customer service clerk hoping to find a solution to the filter problem. It was so frustrating and humiliating. Corollary: ARS is superb at selling their equipment and services. Magnificent at installing them but are selling to you an Air Conditioning Unit that has not the most basic of basic of parts in the market. At the moment of customer services very bitterly we have to learn to accept that these days customer service, customer respect (as a person and of their time) because they have your money in their pockets they just don’t give a far….t for you. You have been warned. more

I had a bad experience with the first tech sent out yesterday, I called and they sent someone else for Complimentary Service. The new tech, Lauro, was very knowlegable and helpful, heads above the previous tech. He walked me through all the steps he was performing and helped me understand the maintenance I can perform on my own to keep my system running between visits. more

Lauro.N did a maintenance check on our A/C and he was very efficient and prompt. He explained what he was doing, and provided tips on how to properly maintain the A/C, both inside and out. ARS-Rescue Rooter-Miami was in our house and our rental property to assess both A/C units. Their Service Technician-Mr. Roben Roo was friendly, frank, and quickly got to work. We appreciated his timely arrival, and his explanations of what he would do. He was knowledgeable and did not rush us. We would definitely do business with this company again. We bought a 1-year maintenance warranty with them. more
