I've been a loyal customer since they opened but the last 4 orders of wings in a row were under cooked, disgusting & were trashed. No. 5 was returned with stretchy skin after telling them to basically burn them. Manager calls, not to apologize or to help but to chastise me for using an expletive in front of his driver & to ban me from ordering again. Boneless - good. Wings - suck. Customer service - suck. more

While their wings are undeniably awesome, If you're using GrubHub to order and have it delivered be prepared to wait an inordinately LONG time and then have them arrive cold (I live 4 minutes from the store front and waited an hour for a small order of (cold) wings and a salad). Either order for pick-up or bypass GH altogether and order directly from them. more

the food is amazing love the wings. the service is mediocre they need to hire more capable employees they are rude and most of the time are rude but the food is worth going back for. need to open or deliver closer to east hartford more

LOVE THIS PLACE! The wings were great, the fries were good and...they didn't forget my soda. The delivery woman-Jacqueline I think-was polite, and explained how things worked with WOH and GrubHub. Just in case I had problems in the future...GREAT PLACE! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! =) more

It always tastes great, but I often get rude service, and sometimes strange things in my meal. Tonight it was a bone in my boneless wings. Not even a small bone, this was a big thick one, and I accidentally bit into it, nearly breaking a tooth. I'm unhappy with today's service, but on average I really enjoy their product, so will continue to order from here. more

Good variety, wings are alright 1/25/2008

The one time I went to the storefront, the wings were good. The best part about the place is they deliver, but they close fairly early and when you do order, it's usually slow and the wings are very cold and by the time they come. \r \r They have a large number of sizes to choose from, quite a few varieties of wings and everything is available in boneless as well.\r \r Definitely don't get the boneless wings from them though, they're usually dried out on the inside and pretty chewy. more
