I have been very pleased with my system. Installation was done very professionally. The monitoring is excellent. They even called me to let me know my battery was low.

We use this security system in our stores. When we first starting using them the alarms were going off every night. Not because of a break-ins but because they were also monitoring our freezers. We finally had them stop monitoring the freezers and everything has been great since. They are competitive with their prices. The system does protect our stores! We are happy with their service. more

The customer service department can be helpful if they choose to be. Most cases have been short with the customer. Their technicians customer service skills are very good as well as their technical knowledge. more
