ADT home security installed my alarm system in my new house. The installers were a pleasure to deal with! They listened to what I wanted and followed through with what they provided, they trained me step by step on how to use the system etc...They were very patient with me. This company offers great service and masters at what they do! I would definitely recommend them to all my contacts because they are good and have fantastic customer service and made me feel extremely satisfied and safe. more

Viable contracts!! 4/12/2011

They have variable length contracts from 1 to 3 years (for most alarm companies, shortest is 3 years), AND, you own the equipment after the contract period (which is relatively insignificant anyway as far as price of an overall average system). more

Been with ADT for 7 years 4/1/2011

ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

Quick in sending Police Officers 2/27/2011

just wanted to thank you guys for sending Police to protect my daughter. I purchased your system 2 years ago and last week when my 9 year old daughter was home alone during the day time. She saw a guy trying to break-in from our patio door. My daughter got scared and ran towards the keypad. She pressed the Police panic button on the keypad. Siren went off and intruder left without entering my house. ADT sent Police and Police arrived in 3 minutes. ADT also notified me at my work. I got home after 20 minutes and when I arrived at my home, I saw Police officer were waiting for me. I thank you so much for quickly sending Police to protect my daughter. more

ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it’s the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options. more

didn't pay a dime 2/23/2011

ADT home security provided me with high quality security cameras. Their security systems are very affordable. When we even transfered to a new home, we didn't even get to pay a dime for the transfer of the system. Their customer service is so good. more
