The contract is nothing. They do not even adhere to what they say in there and their equipment is the worst I have even seen. I thought my property was protected, but its not.

CSC are best! 12/4/2010

I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs. more

I transferred to a new home and I informed ADT about transferring my security system with the security cameras to it. They said it's for FREE. I didn't pay a dime for the service. Thank you! more

worked fine 11/28/2010

I have had my alarm system for about 4 ½ years now. I paid off the security system and I pay a small monthly fee for monitoring services. The only issue I've had with the system was one of the door sensors fell off and I didn't know it. So, my alarm couldn't be armed and I had no idea why until I saw that the sensor for the back door was on the floor. Once that was solved, my system worked fine. more

reasonable price 10/20/2010

My home security system (not from ADT) kept on playing up! I was getting angry because maybe when we need help or when the burglars would come in, we wouldn’t know because it kept on acting up. So, I switched to ADT. The price is reasonable though. No problems encountered yet (and I hope not in the future). more
