I am sure that you do not want to sacrifice the safety of your family. With this, you only have to trust one company and that is - ADT!! Better be serious with your family's safety. The alarm Trips off very frequently and the company never informs us. This is just very bad for the customers and my investment is wasted! I really had problems with my bills. It is increasing and I do not know why. I ask for explanations but it was never clear to me. more

ADT alarm 10/7/2012

We moved into an apartment that already had an ADT alarm. When the technician came out to reactivate the system, he only had to make minor adjustments to the positions of certain sensors even though the system had been dormant for 5 years (the tenant before us hadn't used it). I was really impressed that the system was still in great shape even so many years later! more

It is nice to know that there are a lot of people who are investing on security systems. Society is composed of different types of people. Among these are burglars and other types of thefts. Sometimes you ponder upon this matter. "Why do some people have to commit crimes?" Though the answers are already in front of our faces, it is indeed difficult to accept the reality. It is not easy to inspire these people to change their way of life. Therefore, the best way that we can do is to protect ourselves from them. more

I called up Thursday, and the installer came Friday morning. He installed my home alarm system as soon as he arrived. He taught me and my wife the mechanics of the system and what I really like is the REMOTE! more

ADT’s employees delivered quality service. They were able to meet my security needs within a fair price. I have a business and II believe that security cameras are necessary means to determine a break in and the staff is more comfortable to work. more

"enough is enough" 10/19/2010

The installers of my home security system were so informative and they kept on talking and talking telling us how it works. They are courteous and friendly. I switched to ADT from another company because my previous security system kept on playing or acting up. I got pissed off and said “enough is enough”. Now, I’m happy with the result of using ADT’s home security. more
