Awful company to work with 6/26/2014

This company has been nothing but awful from the start. When they came to install our system which I specifically asked to be basic the guy tried to talk my wife into a system that would have cost over $2000. Them I tried to adjust an aspect of the service that we don't use and was told that nothing could be changed after a 30 day period when the system was installed. Then today was told that I couldn't get a USAA discount that they offer because it was not set up when the system was installed. Probably because no one ever mentioned a discount when installing the system. Just a crap company from beginning to end in my opinion. more

I feel secure 5/11/2011

Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

My insurance agent (Aaron Johnson) at American Family Insurance referred me to Leilani at Gaylord Security. I was very please to be able to find an ADT monitored security system for my business at such a low rate. The install was not only affordable, but quick and efficient as well. Whenever I have a question the customer service is great. I was so pleased that I had the system installed in my home as well. I recommend Gaylord Security to anyone looking for a quality security system. more

Feeling Secured 4/20/2011

The alarm system that was installed to our house last Monday is great. There are changes in terms of feeling secured with the system. We can sleep better at night and when we go to work, we can concentrate more on working. Thank you ADT! more
