I have had a monitored alarm for 10 yrs. Since ADT took over the contract they have taken payments twice - not refunded until they have been asked several times. They have made this particular error twice. They then cancelled my contract when I did not ask them to and despite at least 5 letters and 3 phone calls still have not reinstated it. Then asked me to pay £45 for the privilege when it was their error! more

my home security 2/6/2013

We built our dream home last year and wanted to build in a home security system. We went with ADT because of their pulse automation system. My family loves it. We can control lights, appliances and of course the alarm system. The touchscreen is really easy to use, even my mother in law can do it! more

dissatisfied 10/13/2012

I was very dissatisfied with ADT alarm systems. I set up ADT for installation and they told me they would charge a good amount of money for the first couple of months along with purchasing the equipment; they told me after purchasing the equipment once if I call them they would come to install it. more

little false alarm 10/7/2012

There was one time that I had a false alarm at home. Even if I was just a false alarm I can really tell that help will surely come on time because ADT was able to transmit the alarm to the police and send them to my place. So now I know that ADT really works. Many should start using ADT now because they are the only company that will give the best service and products that other companies do not have. more
