The sales person never showed for the scheduled system installation. nobody called, and it was very hard for me to get in touch with him. He did not answer his phone nor his email...

Make no bones about it, you need the security ADT can offer and you only risk your property and your personal safety be procrastinating on getting your alarm system set up immediately. An ADT monitoring service has to be the most important investment you can make to protect your property, you and of course your loved ones. more

waste of money 12/9/2012

It was 45 to 50 minutes that lapsed before the security people arrived leaving our doors wide open and our belongings missing. It makes me wonder if the thieves know that no one is going to respond so why not just take their time and get all they want. I can not believe that they did not advise us to call the police ourselves. What a waste of our money! more

forgot their obligations 10/28/2012

They are good but sometimes they tend to forget their obligations. Like I had to call them several times to repair my system and it took them a week to come to my place. It something happened during that week, I am totally in danger. more

The sales person never showed for the scheduled system installation. nobody called, and it was very hard for me to get in touch with him. He did not answer his phone nor his email.I found out later, the salesperson took a week of a well deserve vaction and left me hanging. I finally got the system installed, it's been 5 months still don't know how to operate my cameras, I made a few phones call and answered surveys and still haven't gotten any help. more

glad to have ADT 10/7/2012

I live in Minnesota but my mother (she’s 87) lives in Florida. She’s had a lot of medical problems but is still pretty much independent and refuses to go into an assisted living home. Still I didn’t feel comfortable with her all alone there and I looked into services that could fix the problem and ADT seemed to offer the best combination for the best price. I don’t have to worry about an intruder getting in and she can call for an ambulance from her emergency pendant no matter where she is in the house! I am so glad we found ADT! more

Hi there, I actually don't have enough history with ADT to give a real review of there alarm system but I wanted to say that I just got an alarm system installed and my first impression was that if there installers are anywhere near the service then I feel great! more
