My sales rep at first would tell me he was looking into it, eventually stopped taking my calls. After many phone calls and many messages I finally filed a complaint with the better business bureau. After I filed the complaint I was contacted by customer relations and was told my rebate would be to me within 4 weeks. Towards the end of Sept. I got a check for $150. Again I have tried calling several times and have left several messages trying to find out why I only got $150 and not the $250 I was promised and no one called me back. more

ADT home security systems have consistently proven that they are a step ahead of the rest. There's not another business that provides the dependability and quick response time of ADT. You should look at the ADT products offered to see how this would help you today. This is definitely the number to use live person as soon as "0" was pressed. more

glad to have ADT 3/7/2013

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer. Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

ADT is outstanding in their services because they make sure that all of their customers are provided with the services they need. I can say this because the sister and I are using ADT. If you have been thinking of any alarm system that you need for your family, you should choose ADT. They have packages for as low as $49 upon installation. Aside from that, their customer service representatives, installers, and technicians are all professionals. You will never have problems with ADT. more

good enough 2/27/2013

They are good but sometimes they tend to forget their obligations. Like I had to call them several times to repair my system and it took them a week to come to my place. It something happened during that week, I am totally in danger. more

best security system in US 2/24/2013

It is nice to know that there are a lot of people who are investing on security systems. Society is composed of different types of people. Among these are burglars and other types of thefts. Sometimes you ponder upon this matter. "Why do some people have to commit crimes?" Though the answers are already in front of our faces, it is indeed difficult to accept the reality. It is not easy to inspire these people to change their way of life. Therefore, the best way that we can do is to protect ourselves from them. more

I thank for ADT for the services. They are not outstanding but at least they gave a little satisfaction. In the last three years with them, I experienced a lot of troubles so I can't stand it anymore I had to give them up. more
