In 2004, ADT responded to more than 50,000 crimes in progress and it interfaces with approximately 38,000 law enforcement, medical and fire agencies across the country. This company is a big help to everybody. more

thanks for sending the police 10/27/2011

I just wanted to thank you guys for sending Police to protect my daughter. I purchased your system 2 years ago and last week when my 9 year old daughter was home alone during the day time. She saw a guy trying to break-in from our patio door. My daughter got scared and ran towards the keypad. She pressed the Police panic button on the keypad. Siren went off and intruder left without entering my house. ADT sent Police and Police arrived in 3 minutes. ADT also notified me at my work. I got home after 20 minutes and when I arrived at my home, I saw Police officer were waiting for me. I thank you so much for quickly sending Police to protect my daughter. more

ADT is way way better than other security systems because they their priority are their customers. Their services are great and their packages are affordable. more

superior quality 10/11/2011

Finally I received my ADT-200A and so far the first tests were very positive. I was able to compare on my Optibeams with my K3, FT-1000D and IC-7800. In my opinion the ADT-200A plays in the same class. And the modulation reports, which I received, are all excellent and in no way inferior to the K3. It takes, however, some getting used to operating the ADT-200A in comparison to conventional machines but all buttons and keys are very clearly arranged so that navigation is easy. Handling the ADT-200A can almost be done intuitively. But only every day use will show whether the ADT-200A's quality is superior to my other transceivers. more

Their outstanding customer service + fair & honest pricing: They answer quickly, they don't try to push unnecessary product, and they are transparent in ALL their pricing, from contracts to sensors. more

We called ADT last week and came Monday. The response or action was fast! The customer representative came and installed the system. The installation fee was very affordable (around $350). His work was clean and quick! more

I asked my friends what security company should I get for my business. I thought of something else but they all suggested ADT. I asked them why,, they told me -- the have been in the business for more than 100 years.Proven and tested. more

I would highly recommend ADT 8/27/2011

I would highly recommend ADT to enyone looking for home security. It's good to know that I have someone I could trust to look after things while I was away. more
