Sometimes, its too difficult to say that a company can give us the services they enumerated in their advertisement. But ADT is one of a kind because they are true and sincere in giving the services we need. Thank you ADT!. more

More discounts. Discounts are available either for existing ADT customers or AARP members. ADT customers pay $49 in installation instead of the usual $75. Monthly monitoring is discounted by $15/ month to $29.95. For AAPR members, installation and activation is discounted to $60 each. Members can also take another $2 offer the monthly fees (to $32.95). more

I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms. more

Their basic home alarm system includes three door and window sensors, an easy touch control keypad, a fire detector, motion detectors, and a Quick Key remote. You can even design your ADT monitored home alarm system to meet your specific security needs. more

covers the basics 9/24/2011

It’s a simple security system but a little expensive compared to the other home alarm providers. It’s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn’t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more

We recently moved into a new built house and worked with the installer from ADT who was very pleasant to work with and provided timely responses to our questions as well as ensuring that any issues were resolved within a reasonable time period. more
