ACE Rent A Car - McCarran International Airport

ACE Rent a car is my worst rental car service. All staffs I was dealt with had bad days with born with attitude...\r \r I reserved rent car with ACE rent a car and I was late one and half hour due to flight schedule. They denied my rent car initially and after 3 seconds they offered me with extra charge and asked me to returned it two hours early with threathening me if I do late return they will charge me $20 per hour late fees (thank you for baby sitting me). \r \r After I received car key, I inspect the car (with dent and scratch front and back with front window with chip) I reported to staff who is extrenmly rude with attitude who does not care for working for ACE rent a car almost throw his inspection sheet at me...\r \r This is WORST rent a car service EVER!!! more

I am extremelly disapointed. My reservation was for ONE day, locally. I brought in everything I was asked to bring in when I called to get direcctions: driver's license, insurance card, utility bill showing same address on my driver's license, credit card, etc. At the couner, my credit card was only approved for $335, I was told a deposit on cc must be EXACTLY $350. I offered to leave $500 CASH, PLUS the $335 on cc for the 1 day rental of $13.00, and was denied. I then offered more cash, however much he wanted, I was desperate. The agent B****y was very unhelpful and unsympathetic, and I had to run all over town to make a quick deposit on my credit card so that I'd have exactly $350. I explained this to him, but he said ""sorry, the system won't allow me"". This cost me much precious time and money in the long run due to the reasons I was renting the car to begin with. When I returned with another credit card with $2,000.00 on it, I was greeted by another agent, I explained what had just happened and for whatever reasons, she chose to use the credit card with only the $335 on it!!!!! So I wasted all that time for nothing. While I was renting from her, next to me was a foreign couple, dealing with the previous agent B***Y I had been dealing with, and they were loudly stating how they only had 65 EUROS or 100 dollars on their credit card, and $600 CASH, and were taking the car for 6 days and going OUT OF STATE. That same agent who refused to accept my $500 cash + $335 on my cc for a $13, 1 day rental, accepted the foreigners $100 on their cc without ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL for a 6 day rental out of state! I felt very discriminated against and I will NEVER rent from Ace / SAVMOR AGAIN! They cost less than most on that day, but I will be HAPPY to pay more elsewhere. Pros: Nothing Cons: Made me run all over town for NOTHING! more

They deserve a no star but the program insisted I rate them. Don't be fooled by the name, Ace is part of or is Savmor, read the revives for Sav-Mor Rent-A-Car. They are rude arrogant pompas-asses. Stay away, they will try to rip you off and have ripped of many people. Cons: Dont know where to begin more
