HOW DO YOU STAY IN BUSINESS WITH A SERVICE TECH.NAMED MIKE WORKING FOR YOU. HE HAS A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDERS, MIKE'S WAY OR THE HIGHWAY.\r \r MIKE WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO GET UPSET ABOUT WHEN HE GOT TO THE JOB SITE.\r \r HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. I THINK HE WAS TRYING TO PUNISH ME BY NOT SERVICING THE A/C. \r \r IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 3 DAYS TO GET YOUR A/C SERVICED, PLUS A MIND TWIST FROM TECHNICIAN MIKE PLUS BE BACK TO SQUARE ONE. They have been great. We built a new house and they installed our Geo-Thermal. Being new, we haven't worked out the kinks yet. I have had to call them several times. Each time, they have been very kind, friendly, and professional. They come on the same day I call. Have walked me through how to use everything. Today, they had to come out to check a fuse and as they were leaving, saw my father-in-law, whose unit they also installed. Mike stopped to ask if everything was ok and if he was having any issues. Dad needed a new filter and he called and had one ordered and showed him how to change it when it came in. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I would recommend them to everyone. Have had them out several times for repair,for different things, the service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable! He informed us as to what watch out for signs of any problems, before they damage any equipment, and how to regulate the system! more
