Decent people are taken in by ABC Quality Moves. The company lied repeatedly about our family's goods being in transit from SF to Michigan. We learned that the goods NEVER left SF, although we were given repeated fake updates about where they were enroute. Each delivery date was cancelled subsequent delivery dates were never met. THE GOODS NEVER LEFT SF AND WE FINALLY LOCATED THEM IN a storage facility in Dublin, CA. WE GOT THEM BACK AFTER WE FILED A LAW SUIT, and after many, many lies from the company. Do not do business with any company that uses the phone number 888.858.8029 because this company uses many names, but seems to use this phone number. I can only assume that the positive reviews are fake reviews, as I figure out the levels of scams this company employs. All the addresses for the company we we given are fake ones; they are not bonded, not registered in CA, and my family has spoken with many other victims. If THEFT is taking your possessions under false promises, lying about where they area, failing to deliver after about 6 promised delivery times, and only getting your life's possessions back after filing a law suit, then, this company has committed THEFT?And they have not returned the $8,500 they took for the move that NEVER happened because the possessions NEVER left SF although we were given detailed updates on where they were in transit. We know they never left SF becuase the storage facility videos the storage units and confirmed they never left! Spare yourself heartache and do not use this company. more

They did a fantastic job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, in a organized fashion generating the transition to the new location easier. I did a lot of online research into well-rated Redding moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. ABC Quality Movers gave me the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The 3 movers were on time, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, ABC Quality Movers made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

It absolutely was my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and all were answered patiently from the very patient Christi who won my opportunity with the professionalism. Every little detail she provided and my husband when we conference called concerning the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the move day. We were packed and ready for that movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. Which was a good start and I was glad the day kept going in that direction. We booked their packing service, as well as moving service - in both cases, they showed up promptly, did their work efficiently and courteously. joe and his crew did our packing, quickly, but efficiently, and breakables were so noted on the outside. That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule.
