Bad experience. ABC glass was highly recommended by our realtor but turned out to be very disappointing. Borderline rude customer service, long wait to get someone on site for a quote, then even longer wait to get the quote.\r \r Not recommended more

I met with a sales person about a window I had broken, ABC Glass agreed to replace the glass for an agreed price. i was told it would be ready for pick up in 24 hours but when I returned 2 days later, another salesperson greeted me and swiftly acknowledged the work had not been completed and offered me to go elsewhere to have the glass done. more

I used ABC Glass Co. just recently because my landscaper broke my back patio door. I was impressed with the freindliness and professionalism of the office staff and the installers. Not only were they prompt but the quality of the service was AWESOME!!!!! The installers came on time and cleaned all of the broken glass from the old window. They were curtious and clean. Shortly after my first experience with them I visited their showroom to purchase a glass cover for our diningroom table while I was there I spoke to a gentleman that had recently had a Shower enclosure installed by ABC Glass he said the workmanship was superb and he had been doing business with them for years. I would highly recommend this company Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY PRODUCTS Cons: NONE TO MY KNOWLEDGE more

They had to come out 4 times to get the glass install correct. They installed 2 bad pieces of glass and left with the door not even working properly. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! Cons: They were terrible. It took them 4 trips and two bad pieces of glass to finally get it right. more
