Satisfied customer! I called for a free estimate on a leak. The serviceman estimated me a price based on his assumption of what the problem was. After cutting the drywall so he could determine exactly what the problem was, he called me over and explained what needed to be done, what the exact charge would be, and proceeded to do it for the price he quoted. He cleaned up after himself and I was thoroughly satisfied. more
