Lack of Competence 9/17/2011

What do you think. A repairman who needs to look at your repair manual to determine how to fix your broken appliance. If you think that's an issue, DON'T call this company. If you don't mind having a repairman ask you how to fix the appliance and/or diagnose the problem incorrectly, then by all means, use these folks. more
