AAA ran machine 100'. Went from slow slow drain to plugged. Superv came out to camera line. Said I needed $3,100 of line with clean out (10' of line) Left with sewer plugged. ...

RIP OFF! 4/26/2010

Called them, they showed up and tried to sell me a new hot water heater for $3600. Detail: he told me that I wouldn't get much incentive from being energy saver. When I turned them down, they tried to lower the price to $2700 IF I would do propaganda (give cards) of their company around AND I would have to accept the job that day. I turned them down and went to Sears. Got a NEW hot water heater WITH INSTALLATION AND maintanance in my home every year for 5 years = $1300!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! more

I was impressed 3/30/2010

Technician worked extremely hard to fix the problem. When it became apparent the problem would not be easily solved, he called a supervisor who also put a lot of time and effort into solving the problem. I was impressed. more

99.9% outstanding. I called and got a diagnosis the same day and earlier than promised. Then my new furnace was installed the very next day and was completely done by 3pm. A small hiccup in heat delivery was noticed by the installer after he left the house but he phoned almost immediately and returned same day to fix. Thanks very much. more
