Do NOT recommend. I made my appointment almost two weeks ago and was told by the gentleman that he, or one of his sons, would be at my house between 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Not only did no one show up, no one bothered to call to let me know what was going on. At 2:15 p.m., I called and left a message. The gentleman I made the appointment with did return my call within 10 minutes. He advised that he told me when I booked the appointment that the 2-hour window was an ""estimate"" ... which he did not. And, he said he ""usually"" sends a confirming email also letting me know that this window is just an estimate ... he did not. As for why I didn't receive the courtesy of a phone call to let me know they would not be there when they said they would, he had no answer except to say, ""maybe my son is out of cell phone range""... really?? We are in the City of Colorado Springs, not in the middle of the forest. What really upsets me however, and probably the reason for his obvious lack of concern or apology, was that he was already paid, through Groupon so he obviously didn't care and made no attempt to make the matter right and even acted as if I was being unreasonable by requesting they be on time and if not, that I receive a call. He got his money and that's all he cares about except for he lost what could have been a life-long customer who could have referred many people his way and in the customer service industry, (which is sorely lacking these days), I'd have hoped that would have warranted at least some effort. Now I'm out the money I paid and no service was completed ... I call that a rip off and a scam. Use them at your own risk.
