Very rude owner. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I simply called to ask about their alteration procedures for wedding gowns since this is a first time thing for me. My question was ""Do you charge per fitting, or is it an overall fee based on what needs to be done to the dress?""... the response I received was ""Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha (which lasted for about 15 seconds straight) I would just have to see the dress ha ha ha ha ha"". I really didn't think this was a stupid question, considering I didn't ask for a PRICE over the phone but simply if it was an overall fee or a per fitting fee. Can't comment on the work she does because I refuse to take my business to such an inconsiderate owner. more

I've been going to this place for several years to have pants and suits altered. Lately, two pair of Lauren pants that I had altered mysteriously came home with holes in them that, I swear, weren't there when I took them in. When I asked what had happened to my latest pair of slacks, the clerk told me they had a hole caused by a moth. Of course, that is impossible for her to prove, but it's equally impossible for me to disprove. So as I write this, my tan Lauren slacks that I'd sent there to have two inches taken out of the waist now sit in my garbage can. more

Yes, owner does excellent work. However, after many years of loyalty, I came into town to pick up my pants, and the owner had lost them. I told her I would wait while she looked for them. I understand these things happen. After about thirty minutes she told me just to leave and that she would call me. I explained I needed the pants for an event the next morning. She snapped and started yelling at me, saying I'm just SItting there begging for my pants. She was so rude and went on and on about how I just wouldn't leave. She said if I wanted my pants so bad I couuld just look for them myself. She said she was so stressed out and just continued to yell at me. I asked her why she was yelling at me, that all I wanted was my pants, that I was very calm and never once raised my voice, and that I would wait patiently. She would not stop yelling at me so I left without my pants. And now I am letting everyone know about his experience and I will never go back to be treated with such hostility. more
