Impressive Service! 6/27/2010

This ""sister"" team was so impressive. They showed up when they said they would, quickly assessed the problem, repaired the problem, cleaned up, charged what they had estimated on the telephone (very reasonable), and left. They were soft-spoken, well educated, carefully and clearly explained the problem and then fixed it. I was extremely satisfied with their work!
