So today my car was towed when I was only parked for 2 minutes. The tow truck driver had been sitting there for waiting for someone to park in the lot by simply fashion on Meeting and Columbus Street Charleston S.C. I am a delivery driver and had my topper on my car saying that. Being a delivery driver I keep money in my car from tips. I had $20 in the glove box before the car was towed and after I looked and only $1 remained. These people are scam artist! Side note if you use there tow service, Carvin's tow service. It would be better for business to let someone park there for two minutes than to have a tow truck come block the whole entrance to the parking lot for ten. more

I have a 2004 Range Rover and was quoted over 3800.00 for front air struts by a dealership. I called AA Auto and had the job done for over 1000.00 less. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable I highly recommend them. more

Great Experience!! Had been recenlty informed I needed a new transmission to the tune of over 8K. Turns out with further investigation by AA Auto, I just needed a control module for the transmission and saved over half the cost of a new one. I would highly recommend these folks. They deliver a great service, very honest, straighforward and an extra clean shop and customer focused staff. more

THE WORST SHOP EVER! My car went in and out of the shop three times for new issues each time within a single month. They dont check their repairs and are horrible with goosing you. I honestly believe they would break something new each time so I would have to bring it back in. I finally fixed the last problem myself and it cost me $85 dollars to fix and 20 minutes of my time and they wanted $350 dollars and 2 days to fix it. THE WORST SHOP EVER!. more
