A-1 Solutions Counseling Svc

This place is a JOKE. The people that work there are kind but the head female that works there is only in it for the money. I went in for an evaluation after having nothing prior on my record and having never been in a situation like this before. This was on a Thursday...I was told I would hear back on Monday. I finally had to call THEM only to have them say they would call me back. Then Tuesday rolled around and still nothing so I called them AGAIN and they said they would call me back. Finally someone called only to tell me the ""boss"" wouldn't even take into consideration my case said I would have to do 3 months of treatment. Which apparently made me ""lucky"" because she originally wanted me to do 6 even though the counselor that did my evaluation said they were going to only get me the 8 hour class. I made an appointment at a place suggested to me by a friend who is an attorney and guess what? They are having me take the class. I should have known better not to go to a place that only charges $60 for an evaluation. This place is horribly run and I feel bad for the people that work under this woman. If this is your first time getting pulled over for DUI and you have no prior criminal history and this sort of thing is completely out of your character DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get sent to treatment. more

The counselors lie and take your money and treat you as though everything coming out of your mouth is also a lie. With no negative history of alcohol abuse and a one time DUI the recommendation was 6 months treatment at $1,500.This is after the $60 evaluation fee . This place needs to be reviewed themselves and then shut down just for the rude abusive treatment that is handed out after they have taken your money. Please do research before handing out your hard earned cash. By the way they only take cash..hmmm.Bad place,There are others.They don't deserve even one star. But there wasn't a choice of negative stars more

Someone i know had a ua done, after 10 years he had one come up dirty no record of any kind not even one speeding ticket, they wanted him to do 9 m0nths of treatment 2 times a week, i think that is crazy maybe 1 to 3 classes but nine months and the head lady there seemed like a witch all she wants is money!!! Pros: 0 Cons: all they want is your money!!!! more

If you are required to attend meetings, then this is the place to go to,, as of this date,, they have clinets that still drink every night, and they do not do any UAs at all,, they also have clinets that drive to their site with suspended drivers license, they know their members drive to their meetings, but are driving illegally. so if you want a place that is easy to pull one off on, this is the place,, yes they are expensive,, but they do not check up on anyone to see if they are actually still drinking or if they are driving with a valid drivers license.. Pros: A PLACE THAT ONLY WANTS UR MONEY Cons: SEE ABOVE more
