Very efficient work! 5/17/2013

Newcastle Garage Door did an excellent job repairing my garage door. They sent someone out in short notice, called before they headed out, and was done in no time. Very efficient and exceptional customer service. They have competitive pricing and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. more

very professional 9/10/2012

Newcastle Garage Door expertly installed a new LiftMaster to replace the rapidly dying noisy old Genie which had served for 20 years. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. When you throw a very reasonable price into the mix, it makes Newcastle Garage Doora great choice. I was impressed! more

very professional 8/15/2012

I had serious issues with my garage door and didn't know what was going on or what I needed to do. Glad that I got thiss Garage Doors number from my neighbor. Called them up and they were at my home an hour later, started the repair right away, were very professional and provided an excellent service. They are very knowledgeable about garage doors. more

Everything I was looking for 5/30/2012

Needed a new garage door because mine was falling apart .So I started looking,and size of a company does'not matter to me .I just want it done right the first time ,at a good price.This is a small company father and son. They were on time, curtious,neat clean and upfront about what you are getting for your money.They used the best materals avalible,and did an awesome job installing my new garage door .The best pricing the best warranty and great service .I will refer them to all my friends. more

Newcastle Garage Door 2/5/2012

I had a crack in my top panel and my door wouldn't shut. I Called late morning, the technician was at my house within 2 hours, gave me an estimate and repaired it right there. Even saw some errors in the way my opener was set up which caused the crack. He repaired it all, greased the rollers, and gave me tips on prolonging the door life. It couldn' t have been more convenient and the work was top notch. The office was friendly and responsive. For any future needs, I won't call anyone else. more
