What a joke paid $760 and it lasted 55 days, Dan said don't worry its covered. Called back in spring, said two month wait. Filed with BBB, they closed out complaint said it looks good. All the big pieces broken in several pieces and sidewalk is uneven. Be money ahead use it for toilet paper. more

I am so impressed with how this turned out! I got a letter from the city saying I had to fix my sidewalk and I found A1 Concrete Leveling and asked for a bid. Dan came out that week and delivered his proposal to my door. I was so happy to see his pricing! I was braced for hundreds of dollars and his bid was a breath of fresh air. When you bid a job, you don't ask for more money in the middle of it....Your pavement will raise for a few months then resettle. You might actually fix the targeted spot but your pavement may crack,or break in another place causing another high spot or trip hazzard from stress in which ours did. Then your out of luck . Owner Dan does not return phone calls if you complain. He sent two employees to level my driveway and sidewalk. The job was seriously underbid and the employees were complaining about all the work they had to do. They didn't do the driveway because the employee said he was told to level in a way by the owner that would create more trip spots in the joints. The estimate for the sidewalk was $100 and said two holes needed drilled. They drilled 6 or more holes and cut the sidewalk. In leveling this one section they created another trip spot a few sections of sidewalk down that had a prexisting stress fracture. This was because they didn't level each side of the fracture. I called they owner and wanted to discuss the work and renegotiate the driveway since he seriously underbid it. The owner did receive my message because he and they employee who did the work showed up at my house the next morning. He obviously felt the trip spot his employee created by leveling only one side of the cracked sidewalk didn't need to be fixed. He left without talking to me at all.
