I have had A1 Service my vehicles for many years. Tony Cao is an honest businessman, and his people also work with integrity and skill. I would recommend them highly. Good mechanics with sound ethics are hard to find. A1 fits the bill! more

Charged alot even when job isn't done 9/20/2015

I was actually very disappointed...my car was diagnosed for over 6 hours and nothing was fixed. I was still charged 100 dollars and have to go to another shop to have car fixed. Charged 100 dollars just for them to tell me they can't fix my BMW. more

Front desk personal was rude and continues to argue with customer. When told factory recommendations for hybrid vehicle cont to argue. If I hadn't prepurchased the oil changes I would not come back in. I will finish out the prepurchased oil changes and not return. more

Excellent Service 8/13/2015

Greg provided details about my car. I had my car serviced from Craig's in Snohomish and via Greg found that the spark plugs were never replaced at my 100,000 mile service with Craig's although I was charged for them! A1 Auto did the diagnostic and cleaned up the throttle something....Appreciated the honesty and service I received. Thank you! more

A 1 provides great service. I came to find out I didn't really submit a service request online and should have called when I didn't get a callback. They let me know they were down one technician but found a way to get in a service for me. I appreciated the effort just to make it happen for me. more
