Ms. Davis and her staff practice what I believe is unfair and unethical business practices. Their office policy, which is not explained to you before the exam is, unless you buy your frames and lens from them, they will hold you prescription until your insurance provider pays them. However this is not a problem as long as you buy from them. I have never heard of such a thing nor has anyone else I have talked to. Even after my insurance provider called and spoke to Ms. Davis and guaranteed her of payment. She still refused to release my eye prescription.
