I am very glad I chose them for my floor and counter tops. His granite and stone crew are so professional and clean that is unbelievable. I also had custom hardwood floor for my living room and dinning room. Very nicely done. With reasonable price. I would defenitely recommend them. more

I had my custom floors done with them. Love my Staircase. Floors are beautiful. Instead of relying on the comments I trusted the Ca Contracting Board and triple B. They showed no history of complains and valid License. I am happy I trusted the Gov. agencies and went with them. I would recommend them to everyone. more

I've had my hardwood floors with them. Never did it right and never answered my phone calls or came back to fix it. They promised quality and serive for their high prices. The high price is the only thing they delivered. Cons: lack of service more

The salesperson or owner (could not tell which), has no real background in flooring industry. His answers regarding technical questions as to installation and care for hardwood flooring were at times funny. I read a few testimonials on Yahoo and Citysearch and went there for a visit. What a waste of time. If you buy there, chances are disappointment will follow. After getting an estimate, I visited Triple B site and found out that this company does not score well with them. That is the place to find out if a company is treating their clients right. His estimate had many flaws and the square footage was totally different than two other estimates. There are many other honest and experienced companies around here, try them before you give your hard earned money to this Bozo. I used them and they were not great. The Owner does not knows his product and is not wiiling to work with you. I did not believe some of the bad reviews and I should have avoided this store. Lack of service Cons: not service oriented more

Please do not use this company!!! We had a horrible experience and ended up firing the owner on the job. It is not worth bringing that kind of stress into your home trust me. more

this company's reviews are all posted by the owner of the company. either he is very stupid or he thinks the shoppers in south county are idiots. he is the biggest joke in flooring retail. do your own research and you will notice that i am not making this up. all of his reviewers only reviewed his site and / or bad mouthed his competition. look a bit closer and you will find out. They installed Limestone on my floors and countertops. The counter top is not level and the grout joints are too wide. I aksed them too use min grout joint and they claim that they do not recall!!! \r The owner was not willing to talk to me in my home and kept telling me to go to his store in Newport so it would be easy for him. more

They told that my hardwood floors were custom made for my home and they were going to be just right. This did not happen. They sold me a regular floor and tried to tell me that it was custom. The price was not fair and the service was bad. Their crew were always late. Pros: Not a great store to work with Cons: lots more

They were a bit higher than the other stores, but I think that it was worth it. My last flooring project was about 3 years ago and I used the least expensive store. Now I know why they were less. My hardwood floor from 3 years ago has already gone bad and when I called them, they said that there is nothing that they can do. I am very happy with Touch Studio Floors and it is nice to have them right here in Laguna Beach. Pros: Service more
