Avoid at all costs! 2/16/2010

They failed to deliver my order on Valentine's Day despite ordering it over a week in advance and confirming the order over the telephone. Then, the store employees offered no explanation for the failed delivery and acted as if nothing was wrong. This was only topped by being told to ""shove it"" by the manager when I asked for an explanation of why my order couldn't be delivered. Don't even waste your time with this place. Cons: Delivery, Customer Service, pretty much everything... more
